Return & Refund 1

We have a 30-day return policy and warranty (from the date of purchase):
3 months warranty, 30 days refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at services@sisigadgets.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when receiving the goods, if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and solve the problem.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure that you get the items you need is to return the items you have. After accepting the return, please purchase new items separately.

Refund
We will notify you as soon as we receive and check your return, and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically refund the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.

Refund policy:
In the following policy, the buyer will have your right of return.

1. Within ten days after receiving the product, if the product received by the buyer is a defective product, a product with the wrong color or a product with the wrong model. Buyers need to contact us through services@sisigadgets.com. After SISIGAD customer service confirms the actual problem with the buyer, the customer service will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

The return material authorization (RMA) number is provided free of charge, and the buyer does not need to pay for shipping.

After the buyer receives the returned RMA attachments, the buyer needs to return the products in the original packaging within 7 days and notify SISIGAD customer service via services@sisigadgets.com

After receiving the returned product, Sisigad should inspect the returned product to ensure that the unused and undamaged products are in the original packaging. After confirmation, if the buyer follows the procedures specified in this policy, SISIGAD will pay the buyer a full refund. (Note: Full refund does not include transportation costs)

If the purchaser will use, damage, do not use the original packaging or otherwise return the product that does not comply with this policy, Sisigad will not provide any refund to the purchaser, and the purchaser shall pay all costs for returning the product to the purchaser .

2. Sisigad’s products provide a 3-month warranty on manufacturing defects. If you encounter any quality problems within three months after purchasing the product, the buyer should contact us at services@sisigadgets.com. And explain the problem situation. After the customer service confirms the situation, SISIGAD will provide the buyer with a free Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. For specific operations, please refer to Article 1.

If the buyer uses it incorrectly during the three-month warranty period, or if the product is damaged or the product accessories are missing due to human factors, you can contact customer service for help.

Note: Buyers need to bear the cost of returning the RMA.

After returning the product, we will deduct the corresponding amount and RMA return fee according to the degree of damage to the product, and credit the remaining amount to the buyer.

3. If the warranty period exceeds three months and you need to return or replace the product, please consult the SISIGAD customer service staff for detailed information. 

Disclaimer: After the product is shipped, we do not accept refunds during the product delivery process.
The product is in transit, what should I do if I want to cancel the order?

1. After the package arrives, refuse to sign for the package. After returning the package to our warehouse, we will refund you after confirming that the warehouse has received the goods.

2. After signing for the package, save the package as it is, contact us, and we will create a return label for you. You can use the return label to return our products. After confirming that the product is in good condition, we will refund you.

Note: This is not caused by the quality of our products, and the buyer should bear the shipping cost of the returned product. The return label is $25. We will deduct it from your refund.
