    SISIGAD's return policy allows you to return the product purchased on the Authorization channel within 30 days counting from the date of delivery, and request a refund from the Authorization channel for any reason.

    If you need a return address or return label, please contact [email protected] immediately. SISIGAD is not responsible for the shipping costs of a package returned by a customer.

    As soon as the returned item reaches SISIGAD's warehouse for inspection, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Refunds for delivery costs

1. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective or no-longer needed products. When we make a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted.
2.SISIGAD is responsible for the return shipping cost for defective products.

Refund time limit

After 30 days, we will not be able to offer a full refund. Refunds would range from 40% to 80% depending on the situation. The shipping fee cannot be refunded.

Return RMA validity

30 days (from the date the RMA was created)

You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from SISIGAD within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Get in touch with SISIGAD Service Team via [email protected] for RMA requests. If the customer returns the package themselves, SISIGAD will not cover the shipping costs.

If items do not meet the above requirements, returns may be rejected.

About refund difference price

1. Partial refund of the difference price within 15 days
2. Not acceptable(can send free gift) over 15 days

Note: SISIGAD has the right to organize any event promotion


The customer provides the wrong delivery address

The customer needs to pay an extra $25 for resend

The customer refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues or does not want the package

We will deduct the shipping fee $50-$80 when we are making a refund or the customer needs to pay an extra $25 for resend

For different time periods

1. Within 30 days: we will deduct the shipping fee $50-$80/pc when we are making a refund for non-defective products/No-longer needed Products

2. 31-120 days: The refund would be 40%-80%, it depends on the actual problem and situation. Shipping fee can not be refunded.

3. Over 120 days: Refunds are not acceptable; Accept exchange new product


Timeframe for compensation

In the event of returned items or exchanges, we will need between 3-6 business days to process the solution after receiving your item(s).

Afterwards, the refund time-frame is as follows:

1.Refunds on PayPal accounts: up to 48 hours
2.Refunds on credit cards: take between 7-14 business days

Please note:

Express shipping costs are not refundable.
After your order has shipped, we do not refund.
